The Foo world order arrives in November when US mega rockers Foo Fighters return for a highly anticipated Australian tour.
The ‘Take Cover’ tour brings Foo Fighters to Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle (recently renamed Foocastle), Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. Foo Fighters’ 12th studio album ‘Your Favourite Toy’ is due for release in April, leaving fans plenty of time to get their ears around the new tunes.
Brisbane is in line for more major concerts at Suncorp Stadium with the Queensland government almost doubling the venue’s annual cap under a new one-year trial to attract bigger shows to the state. Suncorp Stadium will be allowed to host 21 concerts in 2026, an increase from the previous limit of 12 per year. It’s part of a government plan to boost Queensland tourism ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics and secure an economically viable entertainment future for the city.
