The skies over the glittering Gold Coast are set to rumble in 2023 with the roar of America’s biggest and best high-adrenaline aviation extravaganza, the Pacific Airshow.

Pacific Airshow attracts millions of sky-struck visitors to California’s Huntington Beach every year. In 2023 it’s coming to Surfers Paradise for the first time ever.

In August next year, the inaugural Pacific Airshow on the Gold Coast brings together the world’s best military aviators with premier artists for an entertainment and lifestyle festival like no other.

“There has never been an air event of this scale staged anywhere in Australia. That’s why the Gold Coast is famous for fun – in the air and on the ground,’’ Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate says.

“This event underscores our commitment to attracting the very best in global entertainment for our residents, visitors and businesses.”

Starting in 2016, Pacific Airshow is the signature event of leading US event organisers Code Four and has become the most attended airshow in the United States. It is also the only airshow in the world to have two editions.
