Rod Stewart & Cyndi Lauper 2023 Australia Tour

Revered rocker Sir Rod Stewart returns to Australia in 2023 with special guests Cyndi Lauper and Jon Stevens for ‘The Hits’ tour.

‘The Hits’ tour will see Rod, Cyndi and Jon perform in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and the Hunter Valley next March and April.

Rod Stewart is one of the highest-selling artists in the history of recorded music, and the only British act with 10 or more number-one albums on the UK charts.

He released his 31st studio album ‘Tears Of Hercules’ in November 2021, having returned to songwriting in 2013.

With a career spanning over 40 years, Cyndi Lauper remains one of pop music’s most treasured icons.

Her best-known hits ‘Girls Just Want To Have Fun’, ‘Time After Time’ and ‘True Colours’ have become ‘80s anthems and her influence can still be seen in the styles of today’s pop artists.

Jon Stevens found fame as the frontman for Aussie rock legends Noiseworks and has maintained a persistent presence as a performer, having also worked with INXS and The Dead Daisies.

In August, Noiseworks released the single ‘Heart & Soul’, their first new music in 30 years.

‘The Hits’ tour is a promising sign for the Australian live music industry as strives to regain its former glory. It means promoters are becoming more confident about the strength of the touring economy and that shows will actually go ahead.
