Happy New Year From MADCAP Global
As 2023 draws to its inevitable close, the MADCAP Global family looks back on what’s been a predominantly uplifting year for the company.
The past year has yielded many successes and celebratory moments for MADCAP Global as the company posts positive upward growth trends across all divisions. MADCAP remains a trusted and preferred supplier for many leading Australian manufacturers and contracted growers in the agri-business sector.
Additionally, the business has strengthened its port-based 3PL Warehousing & logistics operations, entering a new warehouse facility that allows us to better serve our vast network of clients.
It has also been a monumental year for MADCAP Global’s media and entertainment divisions engineering the return of our beloved honorary sons, The Daisycutters with the release of ‘Become What You Are’, their first album in over a decade.
The record has seen the band take on a new relevance as revered statesmen of the Queensland music scene, even receiving an approving nod from respected music journalist Noel Mengel.
“2023 has been an amazing year for us,” frontman for The Daisycutters Cameron Wilson says.
“It’s still so surreal to be releasing new music and playing these songs live with your best mates. Gratitude gets thrown around a lot these days, but we are very grateful we are still doing this, and so thankful people make the effort to come as me see our little band perform.
“Of course, we wouldn’t be releasing anything without the support of the greatest label in the world – MADCAP Global Music. Without them these songs would still be bouncing around the rehearsal room.”
From The Daisycutters and the MADCAP Global family, thank you to everyone who bought the album, attended a show, streamed the songs and helped make the album one of our proudest achievements of the year. The Daisycutters already have big plans for 2024 as they prepare to work with renowned music writer Stuart Coupe on an exciting new project featuring the band.
This year our content team refocused on publishing in-depth music features as well as articles about tour announcements, new releases and industry news. In 2024, MADCAP Global will continue to be a trusted source of high-quality and informative entertainment content for our readers.
