SPORT: State of Origin Game 2
Queensland are poised to seal victory for this year’s State of Origin series ahead of Game 2 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Wednesday night.
The Maroons are heavily favoured to defeat NSW in State of Origin due to the absence of Nathan Cleary, Latrell Mitchell and Api Koroisau.
It is also expected that Reuben Cotter will start Game 2. Cotter started on the bench for Game 1 in Adelaide, finishing the bout as man of the match.
A Queensland State of Origin victory will be a much-needed turnaround for the Maroons after a disappointing performance over the past few years.
MADCAP Global Managing Director is a passionate Queensland Maroons supporter and wishes the team the best for a series win.
“I hope the boys get the job done and end the rot of the past five years, especially at Suncorp Stadium,” he says.
“They have the desire and the talent, with a good mix experience and youth that play with passion. Hopefully, the football gods will shine favourably upon them tomorrow night.”
